It happens!
If you notice a mistake, please contact me as soon as possible with your order reference number.
If 3 hours have passed since you placed the order, it may be too late as the gift box may now be sealed and shipped.
Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?
No, unfortunately that's not an option for the moment. If you need gift boxes to go to different addresses, you'll need to create separate orders.
Every single order is packaged in it's own special box so when it arrives the child can feel like this gift is just for them! ✨
Please note that while I will aim to ship orders going to the same household on the same day (if you order on the same day), I can not guarantee the boxes will arrive at the same time.
What is the return policy?
All gift boxes are non-refundable.
My goal is for every customer to love their purchase! If this isn't the case though, please let me know and I'll do my best to work with you to make it right. :)
I do not offer exchanges.
It's normal sometimes for some scuffs and dents to appear on giftboxes during transit and it's not something I can control, but if the giftbox contents are damaged due to this, then please do contact me. I'll be happy to help. :)
My order hasn't arrived! Help!
It's the worst, I know, and it's super frustrating, but please check your tracking info, check around your front garden, and check if anyone in the household has already tucked it away somewhere.
Should the gift not have turned up though, please do contact me and I'll be happy to help. :)
When will I get my order?
I will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible (1-3 working days). Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Shopify is great for being able to follow your parcel.
Age suitability?
I've designed the activity books for children aged 4-10 in mind and sourced items that I think would be suitable for this age group.
Of course, this is just a guide as you may know if your recipient will enjoy this type of thing. :)
There are images on the product pages that give you a bit of an idea about the overall content within the activity books.
Please note that there isn't a way to remove any pages or change artwork as these are pre-made activity books.
Due to the gift boxes containing a few small parts, I would not recommend for those 3 years old and under.
Can I buy this for a boy?
The interior pages of the activity book contain illustrations such as dresses, jewellery, make-up and hairstyles that typically a female dancer would wear in these dance styles. That said, if you know a boy who would love this regardless then don't let me stop you!
I do have a boy's activity book and gift box under way that I hope will be on the site in the very near future. This has been thoughtfully tested by my own son who dances, but I've found he enjoys different types of activities to my daughter and so I'm adapting it.

What dance styles do you make gift boxes for?
Currently the gift boxes available are for Irish dancers and Ballroom dancers exclusively, but I already have a few others in the works.
I'm also excited to launch my next two boxes made especially for little boy Irish and boy Ballroom dancers.
Will you ship overseas soon?
I would absolutely love to do this, however, because I'm quite new to this, I need to begin by shipping locally first. There are complex tax, duties and other nuances (like Brexit) that impact shipping to the EU and worldwide at this time.
The activity book content may need to be adapted too, e.g. updates for US spelling, terminology and phrasing. It's on the to-do list! :)
Where are your products made?
The activity books are created by me and printed at a UK based print house.
The sweets and several other items are also sourced locally, while some items are shipped to me from global suppliers.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is FREE to the UK and Northern Ireland. A speedy shipping option is available during checkout if you'd prefer to purchase express.
